Work-Life Balance and Intentionally Living Your Best

Illustration of work-life balance with a person meditating on a scale, money and clock on one side, heart and first aid on the other.

Are you constantly feeling torn between your personal and professional life? Does your family pull you in one direction while your work pulls you in the opposite direction until you don't know which way is up? And then after devoting so much time to both of those very important things, everything else you want for your life gets lost in the mix? There's often no such thing as a true work and life balance, because it all ebbs and flows, but there are ways to make it all less of a struggle and more full of joy. Living intentionally means taking a good look at how things are now, and taking purposeful steps to make space for the other things you want in your life, while also making time to appreciate the everyday moments. This class takes a deeper dive into intentionally living every day, and we'll look at exercises and techniques for mindful living, time management, productivity, and gratitude, so you can live your best life.
