The Ann Willmann Playground at Rotary Centennial Park honors Ann Willmann, former CARD General Manager from 2006–2022 and dedicated Chico Rotary Club member. Ann was instrumental in expanding parks and recreation opportunities in Chico, leading with vision, innovation, and a deep love for her community. Her leadership helped shape CARD’s growth, and this playground stands as a tribute to her legacy and commitment to enhancing public spaces for all.
