Chico Ice Rink

The Chico Ice Rink stands as the centerpiece of downtown Chico's enchanting holiday festivities. Operating 7 days a week from November 17th to January 14th, this festive attraction is a collaboration between Chico Area Recreation & Park District, Downtown Chico Business Association, and the City of Chico, with support from Paradise Recreation & Park District.

Every Day Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 4:00–9:00 PM
Friday – Sunday: 12:00–10:00 PM
Holiday Extended Hours:
Thanksgiving Week 11/20–11/24: 12–10 PM daily
Winter Break 12/26–1/5: 12–10 PM daily
Holiday Hours:
Thanksgiving Day 11/23: 4–10 PM
Friday November 11/24: 6PM-10PM
Christmas Eve 12/24: 12–8 PM
Christmas Day 12/25: CLOSED
New Year’s Eve 12/31: 12–10 PM
New Year’s Day 1/1: 12–10 PM

Admission & Pricing
All-Ages Ticket: $14 (includes skate rental)
Youth Ticket with Skate Helper: $19 (while supplies last)
Cabana Rentals
Cabana Rental: $280 (includes 10 skates, $14/additional person. Rental for 1 hour 45 minutes)
Whether you're planning a company bash, a holiday party, a birthday celebration, or a special event, we've got you covered with our fantastic party cabanas. You can even take it up a notch and rent the entire rink for those grand occasions! Make your seasonal event truly unforgettable by hosting it at the Chico Ice Rink in the Plaza.
