Mommy & Me Dance 

A special class designed for little ones and their favorite grown-up! Through music, movement, imaginative play, and simple dance activities, children will build coordination, confidence, and social skills while creating lasting memories together. Perfect for the confidant walker through age 3.

Kinetics will send a welcome email a few days before the first class. There will be links to the Kinetics Academy Family Portal and more.

Attire

• Please wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in.
• Children and caregivers will participate barefoot.
