Establishing a movement practice is a vital part of staying fit and healthy. This class will guide you through the process of mastering movement skills and incorporating them into your daily life. We are built to move but we stop doing it as we go through life, and we pay a price in decreased enjoyment and ability. If you want to rediscover the joy of movement this is the class for you.

Pickleball - Mixed Ladder League 

Looking for a more challenging game? Join the Pickleball Ladder League. Players sign up individually and will be matched up against players of similar skills and ability. Players will play one game against each of the other players assigned to the court each week. Score more points, win more game, move up the ladder to a higher court the following week.
