Aerial Arts for Adults

A playful, strength building class using aerial hammocks to support stretching, balance, and beginner friendly inversions. Builds confidence, flexibility, and body awareness while exploring movement in the air. Also a wonderful adult child experience to enjoy together.

Getting Started is Easy!

• Before joining class, you will be emailed a link to complete Kinetics policies and liability forms electronically.
• Welcome Kit – $20 (Required at Enrollment): All new students — and returning students who have taken a break of 30+ days — receive a Welcome Kit at enrollment.
