Charter School Registration
Instructions for Using Charter School Funds to Register for CARD Activities
If you’re a parent using charter school funds (via a Purchase Order or PO), here’s how to register your child for our programs. We require BOTH a registration form and a valid PO to complete your child’s enrollment. We can’t process your registration without BOTH a registration form and a PO.
Please Note: Enrollment is not guaranteed if your registration and PO are submitted after the registration deadline or if the program fills before we receive both items.
There are three ways to do this:
Option 1: In Person
- Visit the CARD Office.
- Fill out a registration form on-site.
- Bring and submit your PO at the same time.
Option 2: Online via DocuSign
- Complete and sign the registration form through DocuSign.
- You must attach your PO during submission so we receive both items together.
Option 3: Register and Pay Online First
- Go to www.chicorec.gov/signin and register/pay online.
- Submit your PO later (from either the parent or the school).
- Once we receive the PO, we’ll reimburse your payment and invoice the school instead.
- If we don't receive a PO, you will not be reimbursed.
