In collaboration with leading innovators such as Confluence, Water Technologies, Barker Rinker Seacat Architecture, Rolls Anderson and Rolls, and Ballard*King & Associates, this cutting-edge facility is set to revolutionize aquatics and recreation in Chico.

Join us as we celebrate a major milestone for the Chico community! The Chico Area Recreation and Park District (CARD) is breaking ground on the future Aquatics & Recreation Center, and you’re invited to be part of the excitement. The groundbreaking ceremony will take place on Thursday, August 21st at 11:30 AM at 13365 Garner Lane in Chico. This momentous occasion will feature remarks from local leaders and project partners as we kick off the construction of a vibrant new space designed to serve generations to come. Don’t miss this opportunity to witness the beginning of something big!
