Chapman Park Community Garden

The Chapman Park Community Garden is a vibrant space where community members can connect, learn, and grow together! Developed through Prop 68 grant funding, this garden was designed to educate the community about healthy food—how to grow it, prepare it, and enjoy it.
Managed by the UC Master Gardeners of Butte County, the garden features community beds for the Chapman Neighborhood and serves as a hub for hands-on learning. Through engaging workshops, classes, and school programs, the Master Gardeners help youth and adults discover the joys of gardening while teaching Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS).
A huge thank you to Melton Design Group, Chico Noon Rotary Club, The Plant Barn, and Magnolia Gift & Garden for their generous contributions in bringing this project to life!
