Beginning Ballet & Jazz

This exciting combo class is split between ballet and jazz, giving young dancers the best of both worlds! The first half of class focuses on ballet fundamentals—barre work, basic positions, and graceful movement to build technique, posture, and control. The second half transitions to upbeat jazz, where dancers explore rhythm, style, and energetic choreography. It’s the perfect class for beginners to build a strong dance foundation in a fun and supportive environment.

Attire 

  • Girls: A black leotard, pink tights and pink ballet shoes.
  • Boys: A white shirt and black bottoms.
  • Leotards and more are available at Kinetics dancewear store.
Getting Started is Easy!
  • Before joining class, you will be emailed a link to complete Kinetics policies and liability forms electronically.
  • Welcome Kit – $20 (Required at Enrollment): All new students — and returning students who have taken a break of 30+ days — receive a Welcome Kit at enrollment. This kit includes:
    • Your child’s registration materials, a personalized progress sticker chart, achievement stickers, and a small welcome gift to celebrate the start of their training.
    • The Welcome Kit helps students feel excited, prepared, and connected as they begin (or restart) their dance or gymnastics journey.
