Bouncing Beginners 

We begin to focus more on specific beginning gymnastics moves and equipment while still incorporating plenty of obstacle courses, learning games and exciting skills drills. Once a child has gained all skills in the beginning class, they are cleared to move to the next (Intermediate). Class begins with a group warm – up and ends with conditioning drills to help keep the kids in shape! Progression classes available.

Ages 5 (in full Kindergarten) - 9.

Attire

• Girls: A leotard. Tight fitting shorts or pants may be worn.
• Boys: A shirt and shorts that are not too loose.
• Leotards and more available at Kinetics dancewear store. 

*Kinetics is closed September 1, October 31st evening classes, November 26-29 and December 22 - January 3.
