Shape the Future of Local Parks: Community Input Session

Join the California Department of Parks & Recreation and CARD to share your thoughts about local parks and recreation!

  • Has a parks and recreation program impacted your life?
  • What park projects or programs do you think could address health and safety challenges in your community?
  • How has your view of local parks and recreation changed since the pandemic?
  • What message would you like to share with State leaders about parks and recreation?

Your feedback can reach a statewide audience, including health agencies, the Governor’s Office, and the National Park Service. A summary of the collective statewide focus group insights will be included in the 2026-2030 SCORP report.

Copyright (consent) forms will be distributed for those who grant CA State Parks permission to use their photos in the SCORP report.
