Freedom Stretch

People in a fitness class holding poles overhead, exercising in a line.

Freedom Stretch Exercise is a fun, accessible stretching program designed to improve strength, flexibility, posture, and overall body coordination. Suitable for all fitness levels, the class teaches students how to activate and sequence upper body muscles in all planes of movement—horizontal, vertical, and diagonal—supporting everyday function and athletic performance. With a focus on reactivating underused muscles and strengthening the spine as the core of movement, Freedom Stretch enhances mobility, reduces stiffness, and boosts energy and mental clarity. Classes typically cover five of the 25 total exercises and are tailored to individual progress. Learn more at freedomstretch.com.
