Whether you are getting back into shape or just wanting a gentle exercise program, "Move and Feel Better" is a safe and accessible way to reach your goals. The class starts out with a gentle warm-up, followed by a mix of strength, balance, and cardio exercises, ending with a restorative cool-down. This well-researched program emphasizes the importance of balance, mobility, flexibility, and range of motion with gentle and therapeutic exercises. Adaptable for all levels of fitness; participants can sit or stand. Move and feel better to live fully!
