SHiNE Dance Fitness™️ mixes current hit music with original choreography for the ultimate confidence boosting, full body workout experience you didn't know you needed! Rooted in jazz, ballet, and hip hop, this workout gives you a creative outlet to escape from daily stress. Each class is the perfect balance of high cardio and toning to ensure you receive a full-body workout with real results. We believe fitness should be inclusive, effective, sustainable and FUN. No dance experience needed. All levels are welcome, and modifications are always provided SHiNE is truly for everybody! Come along! It's your time to SHiNE!

Find Your Joy Through Movement: Meet Heidi Callister, SHiNE Dance Fitness Instructor

For Heidi Callister, dance fitness isn’t just about working out—it’s about finding joy, confidence, and community. Since joining CARD in January as a SHiNE Dance Fitness instructor, Heidi has been bringing her passion for movement to a growing group of enthusiastic participants.

UPLIFT™️

Strength training has never been so fun and engaging. We use iconic music from decades past and we combine them with routines that target all the muscle groups. Students never get bored because we are using a variety of equipment including hand weights, bands and a mini ball. This is a highly effective workout that provides students with measurable results.

SHiNE+UPLIFT™️

Get the benefits of both SHiNE DANCE FITNESS and UPLIFT STRENGTH FITNESS for a full-body workout that builds confidence and muscles! Class kicks off with high cardio dance routines to current hit music using easy-to-follow choreography crafted by SHiNE™️. Once you are fully warmed up, we transition to the strength portion of the class using hand weights, bands, and a ball to target specific muscles while rockin' out to the most iconic music. Free Trial class available!
