Although T'ai Chi Ch'uan is relatively well known, the depth of this art based on Chinese medical knowledge, martial arts, philosophy, and meditation is worthy of pursuit by all ages.
T'ai Chi Ch'uan is beneficial for all ages for many reasons. It is well known to be a mind and body exercise and for a present state of mindfulness with a state of flow moving from the core.
For those interested, a serious long term study only gets more interesting. The more time spent practicing, the greater the benefits.
