Games, Staff and Kung-Fu

This engaging class blends fun and learning to help students build focus, coordination, and confidence — both in the dojo and in everyday life. Students will develop practical self-defense skills and learn to work with a traditional Kung Fu staff, all while reinforcing positive habits and good behavior at home, at school, and beyond.

Through dynamic games and activities, we weave in essential life skills like active listening, cooperation, and honesty — because great martial artists aren't just skilled, they're great people too.
