Summer Nutcracker

Step into the magic of The Nutcracker this summer! Dancers will explore classical ballet technique while learning choreography, inspired by the beloved holiday tradition. Camp focuses on musicality, performance quality, artistry, and age-appropriate technique in a supportive and inspiring environment. The final day of camp, Friday, will include a short, informal performance for family and friends and auditions for an exclusive intensive to be held later in the summer. This camp is ideal for dancers who enjoy ballet, storytelling through movement, and performing on stage. Participation in camp does not guarantee placement in the Summer Intensive.

Attire

• A dance leotard, tights and ballet shoes
• Attire for boys: Comfortable dance clothing
• You may bring a princess/prince costume to put on towards the end of the day
• Leotards, tights & shoes are available at the Kinetics Fairy Cottage boutique
