Aerial Arts Class 

Get ready to fly, spin, and shine! Aerial Arts & Circus is an action-packed class where students explore the thrill of aerial movement using aerial hammock and Lyra (aerial hoop) while building strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Students will learn dynamic skills both in the air and on the ground, with additional circus arts such as tumbling, poi spinning, hula hooping, and creative movement woven into each class. This class encourages confidence, coordination, and artistic expression in a fun and supportive environment. With opportunities to perform and showcase their skills, students will experience the excitement of circus performance while developing athleticism and creativity. Perfect for movers who love to try something new and adventurous!
