Beginning Ballet & Lyrical 

This beautiful combo class is split evenly between ballet and lyrical dance, offering young dancers a well-rounded introduction to expressive movement. The first half of class focuses on ballet fundamentals—barre work, basic positions, and graceful technique to build strength, control, and poise. The second half explores lyrical dance, blending ballet and jazz elements with emotional expression and fluid choreography. It’s a perfect class for beginners to develop both strong technique and artistry in a supportive and creative environment. This is a mixed level (Beginning Ballet 1/2). Some sessions include a magical performance on stage!

Attire 

• Girls: A black leotard, pink tights and pink ballet shoes.
• Boys: A white shirt and black bottoms.
• Leotards and more are available at Kinetics dancewear store.

Choreography for performances may be taught and practiced anytime. Performances included October 4th and December 13.

We are closed September 1, October 31st evening classes, November 26-29 and December 22 - January 3.
