Painting Art Camp

Get ready to dive into paint! In this vibrant summer art camp, young artists will explore the exciting world of contemporary painters while experimenting boldly with acrylic and watercolor. Campers will play with color mixing, layering, texture, and expressive brushwork to create artwork that feels personal and full of life.

We’ll focus on process over product—encouraging students to enjoy the act of making rather than worrying about perfection. Campers will practice strengthening their “non-critical” muscles, learning to quiet self-judgment so they can fully explore their creativity with confidence and freedom.

Each artist will build a sketchbook practice to capture ideas, test techniques, and grow their creative voice. Students will leave with a collection of colorful paintings, new skills, and deeper trust in their own imagination.
